The Pricing and Rules of the Palm Desert Vacation Home
Weekend Rates: $300-$450/night, depending upon season
Weekly Rates: $1995-2800/week, depending upon season
Monthly Rates: $4700-6000/month, depending upon season
Long term rental available.
A refundable security deposit and cleaning fee are not included in the above prices.

- 2-7 night minimum, depending upon season. We accept personal checks, company checks, money orders and cashier checks.
- Check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out time is 11:00am. (unless otherwise arranged)
- A deposit is required to hold a reservation. A contract will be emailed to you to review and sign. Balance (rental rate plus refundable security deposit and cleaning fee) due 4-10 weeks prior to arrival, depending upon season. Short notice reservations (4 weeks or less) must be paid in full when reservation is made.
- There are no refunds for early departures.
- Upon final payment, final instructions for check-in will be sent.
- Occupancy limit is 8. Occupancy numbers include all children over 12-months and are in effect 24-hours a day (including guests).
- You are considered our guests when you stay at Indian Ridge. Indian Ridge community Rules and Regulations must be followed. A copy will be provided in the contract for you to review.
- This is a non-smoking home. No exceptions.
- No pets are allowed. We apologize that we are not able to make any exceptions.
- You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this home.
- We ask each of our guests to comply with the rules as outlined above. If you fail to adhere to these rules, there will be a forfeiture of your security deposit and you may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
